- Open your project and navigate to the Budget tab.
- Define overall project budget and allocate funds to specific phases or tasks.
- Use Bills of Quantity: Import budget data directly from BOQ for accurate cost estimation.
- Input estimated costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Work Package Budgets: Allocate budgets to work packages for better cost control.

- BOQ vs Actual: Compare BOQ estimates with actual consumption and costs.
