Construction projects often encounter issues or require clear communication among team members. This section describes how to log issues, monitor resolutions, and facilitate effective communication.
Logging Issues#
- Go to the Issues or Defects tab within your project.
- Click Create Issue to log a new problem or defect.
- Enter details: title, description, priority, affected phase/task, and assign a responsible person.
- Attach supporting documents or photos if available.
Monitoring and Resolving Issues#
- Track the status of issues (e.g., Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed).
- Assign and re-assign issues to relevant team members.
- Add comments and updates to maintain a clear log of actions taken.
Communication Tools#
- Use built-in messaging or comment features to discuss tasks, issues, or milestones.
- Tag team members to notify them about important updates.
- Maintain a communication log for project transparency.
