Construction projects often encounter issues or require clear communication among team members. This section describes how to log issues, monitor resolutions, and facilitate effective communication.

Logging Issues#

  1. Go to the Issues or Defects tab within your project.
  2. Click Create Issue to log a new problem or defect.
  3. Enter details: title, description, priority, affected phase/task, and assign a responsible person.
  4. Attach supporting documents or photos if available.

Monitoring and Resolving Issues#

  • Track the status of issues (e.g., Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed).
  • Assign and re-assign issues to relevant team members.
  • Add comments and updates to maintain a clear log of actions taken.

Communication Tools#

  • Use built-in messaging or comment features to discuss tasks, issues, or milestones.
  • Tag team members to notify them about important updates.
  • Maintain a communication log for project transparency.
