Project Notes allow you to document important information, decisions, meetings, and configurations throughout your construction project lifecycle.

Project Notes provide:
- Centralized documentation for project information

Accessing Project Notes#
- Navigate to your construction project.
- Go to Notes menu or tab.
- View existing notes or create new ones.
Creating Project Notes#
Basic Note Creation#
- Click Create in the Notes section.
- Enter note details:
- Title: Descriptive title
- Project: Link to construction project
- Date: Note date
- Author: Your name (auto-filled)
- Category: Select category (Meeting, Decision, Configuration, etc.)
- Content: Detailed note content
Note Categories#
Organize notes by category:
- Meeting Minutes: Record meeting discussions
- Decisions: Document important decisions
- Configuration: Project setup and settings
- Issues: Problems and resolutions
- Changes: Scope or plan modifications
- General: Other project information

- Create a note with category "Meeting Minutes".
- Include:
- Attendees: List of participants
- Agenda: Meeting topics
- Discussion Points: Key discussions
- Decisions Made: Action items and decisions
- Next Steps: Follow-up actions
- Action Items: Tasks assigned
